We’re not your average law firm. At Ace Lakhani Law Firm, we fight hard for our clients, treat them like family, and support each other every step of the way. We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney who’s ready to grow with us and bring energy, skill, and compassion to every case.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
· Taking charge of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
· Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions that make an impact
· Representing clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
· Building real relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal process
· Working closely with a driven, supportive legal team
· Handling commercial policy cases and commercial defendants in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
· Taking cases all the way through trial and to verdict (Preferred, but not required)
What we’re looking for:
· Licensed in Nevada (Additional Compensation - if also licensed in Arizona or other states)
· 3-5 years of personal injury litigation
· Experience with commercial policy cases
· Plus - if bilingual in Spanish
· Confident in the courtroom, strong in writing, and sharp on strategy
· A team player who’s hungry to grow and help clients win
· Entrepreneurial mindset a plus — growth opportunities may extend beyond Nevada
