Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE

Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
- Support 1-2 partners with assigned cases
- Manage a case load of 8-30 cases
- Handle cases from start to finish after training
- Engage in client interactions
- Participate in court appearances
- Work on a mix of NV and CA cases
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in insurance defense is preferred
- Barred in CA and NV, or NV only, with willingness to work on CA cases
- Moot court experience is a plus
- Strong writing skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment preferred
