Position Title: Litigation Attorney

The Litigation Attorney role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to engage in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense. This position involves working closely with partners and an assigned mentor, fostering a supportive environment for career growth. Salary Range: $100,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Support 1-2 partners with assigned cases
• Manage a case load of 8-30 cases
• Handle cases from start to finish after training
• Engage in client interactions
• Participate in court appearances
• Work on a mix of NV and CA cases
  
  

Litigation Attorney Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in insurance defense is preferred
• Barred in CA and NV, or NV only, with willingness to work on CA cases
• Moot court experience is a plus
• Strong writing skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment preferred
