Using the showroom as a home base, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field building partnerships, generating business, and expanding market share.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors in both commercial and residential sectors
- Utilize the store as a home base for meetings and client interactions
- Generate business by actively seeking new clients and opportunities
- Manage workload independently without micromanagement
- Coordinate with the store for product samples and support
- Existing book of business required
- 2-10 years of flooring industry sales experience with proven outside sales experience
- Experience working with residential and commercial contractors
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
