Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs and workshops
- Prepare training materials and assist with setup for training sessions
- Support facilitators and participants during live training events
- Coordinate training resources, materials, and technology to ensure smooth program delivery
- Track inventory and maintain organization of operational supplies
- Maintain records and assist with reporting on program activity and outcomes
- Support vendor coordination, proposal comparisons, and communication tracking
- Assist with evaluation processes and compiling assessment data
- Help ensure operational workflows and training logistics run efficiently
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, training coordination, or related environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new systems and collaboration platforms
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally support outside standard office hours
