About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support construction and renovation projects across multiple properties. This role involves coordinating with project managers, construction teams, property management, and accounting, while managing invoices, financial tracking, and project documentation. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to large-scale projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support on multiple construction and renovation projects across multiple properties
- Coordinate with third-party project managers and construction teams and property management and accounting teams
- Process and track monthly invoices
- Work with accounting to process capital job codes and capital draws
- Maintain financial trackers (format already established)
- Attend onsite meetings as needed; otherwise work in a hybrid capacity is option
- Assists in defining and managing task workflows
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, property management, or construction administration
- Experience supporting construction projects or working with a GC or large construction firm
- Strong construction administration background (invoicing, reporting, scheduling)
- Experience processing invoices and working with accounting/finance teams
- Highly detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-starter

- Exposure to tenant build-outs and major renovations
- Experience working in large, multi-building or campus-style properties
- Background as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with construction focus
Salary : $75,304 - $80,837
