Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate active calendars in a fast-paced environment, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams
- Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients through phone and email communication
- Build positive relationships with clients and team members through consistent, professional communication and follow-up
- Maintain organized files, records, and other important information in accordance with established office procedures
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to keep the team running efficiently
- Assist with a variety of team initiatives and projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and overall efficiency as you gain experience in the role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Finance, Economics preferred – May 2025 and May 2026 graduates highly encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to speak with clients and colleagues by phone and email
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities
- Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Positive, energetic attitude and genuine interest in learning and developing professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where priorities can change throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting things done accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
