Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service throughout the process
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text to provide information, answer questions, and coordinate next steps
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Conduct client conversations to understand their needs, goals, and financial objectives
- Educate clients on available financial and mortgage solutions and help them understand the products and process
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and other important milestones
- Collect, organize, and review client information and documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM
- Follow up with clients throughout the process to ensure they remain informed and supported from beginning to end
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client needs and ensure a smooth overall experience
- Manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Participate in ongoing training to develop knowledge of financial services, mortgage products, client communication, and business development
- Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or Communications preferred, May 2025 & May 2026 grads are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone and building relationships through regular communication
- Client-focused mindset with a genuine interest in understanding and helping others
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and able to quickly learn and apply new information through ongoing training
- Strong attention to detail when handling client information and documentation
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn CRM and other business systems
- Interest in developing a career in financial services, mortgage lending, client services, or a related field
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
