Roof sales / Project Manager

Duties

• Generate new leads through strategic territory management, cold calling, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our customer base.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiation and upselling opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
• Oversee project timelines, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure quality standards are met throughout each roofing project.
• Lead generation efforts through D2D sales strategies, territory management, and inside/outside sales activities to maximize market penetration.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, conducting site assessments, and offering tailored roofing solutions.

Experience

• Proven success in outside sales or D2D sales roles within the construction or roofing industry.
• Strong management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and territory expansion strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills complemented by outstanding customer service capabilities.
• Knowledge of roofing products, installation processes, and technical specifications is highly desirable.
• Experience in retail or direct sales environments with a focus on upselling and product demos is a plus.

Pay: $71,705.62 - $86,355.15 per year
