We’re seeking an Key Account Manager to grow our presence in the UK construction market by strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What you will be doing: Building strategic relationships with major and their design teams/sub-contractor networks across healthcare and education sectors Developing multi-tiered B2B relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders to secure preferred supplier status and lock out competition Supporting project transitions through early engagement with ASMs/SSMs and regional offices to maximize opportunities and maintain continuity Implementing account business plans with regular review meetings to maintain relationships, increase service levels, and boost turnover and profitability Leveraging Rocksell CRM to build intelligence, develop insights, and track customer data for relationship growth and competitive advantage Partnering with Marketing & Technical Services to develop market-specific literature, samples, and technical collateral tailored to target accounts Coordinating commercial presence at strategically important customer events and functions to strengthen relationships Communicating project developments and commercial terms clearly and timely to the sales team, providing feedback on opportunities and Rockfon positioning Identifying and pursue growth opportunities with new and existing accounts in target sectors alongside the Business Development Manager Maintaining regional relationships with focus on early project engagement to build customer loyalty and maximize commercial potential Adhering to company policies, procedures, and values including UKI expense guidelines and compliance standards What You Bring Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable) managing multi-disciplined stakeholders and developing strong relationships with key clients Strong communication skills at all levels (internal/external), with high professional English and ability to convey confidence in Rockfon brands Capability to utilise CRM systems, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and knowledge of NBS specifications for architects and sales route to market Strategic relationship builder who independently identifies opportunities, builds networks, and negotiates win-win outcomes with customers Capable of identifying client needs, proposes suitable solutions, and adapts behavioral style to achieve goals collaboratively What We Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle Commercial bonus scheme 30 days annual leave bank holidays Company pension (Aviva) Westfield Health Cashback Scheme Life Assurance (4x annual salary) About ROCKWOOL Founded in 1937 in Denmark, ROCKWOOL is the global leader in stone wool solutions, with 12,000 employees in over 40 countries.
