Find out more at www.rockwool.com/ro/ This is the role You will optimize the production process in order to carry out production, according to the valid budget, planning and achieving its objectives in terms of quality, cost and efficiencies. The working areas include all production activities, from implementation of new product, process, raw material and machines to planning of housekeeping of the working areas of the department, safety at work of own organization and fire protection during the shifts. Elaborates the technical documentation for all production equipment and maintains it under integrated management system control, as per actual configuration of the lines and future modifications; Conducts the training sessions of production personnel with technical documentation and assures theoretical and practical validation to operate at work stations; Establishes the process parameters to obtain products under quality standards; Conducts the feasibility studies of the processes for new products requested in production; Establishes and monitors the quality performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement; Verifies process capability and stability, as an essential aspect of quality control and process performance improvement, to ensure predictability of results, minimizing risks in relation to customers; Makes proposals for process improvements to reduce production cost; Ensures that any equipment installed or modified in production, satisfies statutory requirements as well as internal safety rules and standards; Liaises with relevant people in other departments in regards to process issues; Optimizes the processes connected with production process and to raw materials; Participates in projects aimed at identifying opportunities for progress, developing and facilitating the implementation of the resulting action plans; Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual routine reports; This is who you are Bachelor's Degree in engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in process engineering. PC skills (SAP would be an advantage). English and Romanian fluent Analytical and problem solving skills. Planning & organizing skills, systematic Cost awareness. Strong interpersonal leadership and skills.
