Our customer service hubs for the European market are located in the Netherlands (Roermond), Denmark (near Copenhagen) and Italy (Milan). At our location in Roermond, where our Export Customer Service and part of our LAT team is also based, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Customer Service Employee to support and coordinate the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. In this role, you represent ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation and act as one of the main points of contact for our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You ensure that customer needs and expectations are met in the best possible way, always keeping the customer's interests at heart. As you work in an international environment, an excellent command of both German and English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage. Do you enjoy a dynamic position where you manage the complete customer service process—from order to cash, including after-sales support and complaint handling—and build long-term relationships with customers in an international B2B environment? Providing advice, support and services to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via email and phone; Processing, monitoring and administratively handling customer orders in SAP; Coordinating with the logistics and production departments regarding production planning and deliveries; Handling customer complaints, including registration, follow-up and communication with internal stakeholders; Building strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and proactively identifying customer needs. Where will you work? You will join our Technical Sales Division, specializing in insulation solutions for customers worldwide in the process industry and the marine and offshore segment. The division is also actively expanding into new sustainable markets, such as wind farm substations, offshore CO₂ storage and solar power plants. Your workplace is located in Roermond, where around 20 colleagues work within the Technical Sales Division. Together with approximately 70 colleagues representing more than 20 nationalities worldwide, you ensure that requests from our international customers are handled efficiently, professionally and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. A completed MBO level 4 education, preferably in Customer Service, Commercial Economics, International Business, Office Management, Logistics or a similar relevant field; Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused and service-oriented mindset; A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail; Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken, is essential; Knowledge of Dutch and/or other languages is considered an advantage; Experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage.
