We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who loves to build, test, and optimize — but also gets the why behind every click. At ROCKON MEDIA, performance marketing is about rigging the system, playing the "algorithm game" and making our clients laugh while they see their ROAS get higher, and higher and their content become snappier and pappier (not a real phrase).

You’ll manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and email platforms — helping our clients turn authenticity into traction. This role is perfect for someone about 4 years out of college, confident in the platforms, and ready to take real ownership of results.
You’re analytical but creative, disciplined but entrepreneurial. You’re comfortable working lean, thinking differently, and sharing stories of what worked, what didn’t, and why you’ll try it again next time.
ROCKON MEDIA is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, analyst, and storyteller. You’ll help turn authentic brand stories into measurable traction — managing paid campaigns that drive real results across Google, Meta, and email (and the next weird platform that’s quietly taking off).
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands full-funnel marketing, knows how to stretch a budget intelligently, and thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, collaborating closely with our content and creative teams to make sure every dollar we spend has a purpose and a story behind it.
If you’ve ever felt frustrated watching agencies throw money at trends without a strategy, you’ll fit right in here. We do things differently — intentionally, transparently, and always in service of the story.
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including PPC and SEO.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and (bonus points) LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Shop, or any emerging platforms.
- Strong grasp of data analysis, budget management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience crafting and executing full-funnel strategies that balance creative storytelling with performance metrics.
- Comfort with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptive, and confident taking initiative without waiting for a playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
