What You’ll Do
You won’t just support the business—you’ll help move it forward.
- Lead initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
- Design and enhance mechanical systems, tooling, and equipment to support plant operations
- Partner closely with operators, maintenance, and leadership to solve real-time challenges on the floor
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Support capital projects from concept through implementation
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority
- Develop and share knowledge by training and supporting team members
- Help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth
Who You Are
You’re more than an engineer—you’re a problem solver, a collaborator, and a leader in the making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships on the floor
- Motivated to take ownership and lead projects from start to finish
- Passionate about continuous improvement and learning
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or AutoCAD is a plus
