Rockline Civil is looking for a hardworking and reliable Pipe Layer Laborer to join our excavation crew. In this role, you’ll be part of a team building and maintaining essential infrastructure, including underground utility systems. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and contributing to meaningful projects, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Install, align, and position pipe sections in trenches using laser-guided equipment
• Seal pipe joints with cement, adhesives, or welding tools to ensure durability and prevent leaks
• Prepare trench foundations by grading and compacting surfaces
• Read and follow blueprints, maps, and technical specifications
• Excavate and repair or replace damaged pipelines
• Backfill trenches and restore job sites to safe conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the crew with general labor tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in pipe laying, utility work, or general construction preferred
• Knowledge of civil construction practices (grading, paving, utilities) is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with trenching tools, cutting equipment, and laser/level instruments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise measurements
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
