We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and personable Wedding Day Concierge to join our team at Rockin' TJ Ranch. This role is dedicated to ensuring each wedding day runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our couples, wedding parties, families, and guests.
As a Wedding Day Concierge, you will be a key point of contact throughout the event, assisting the bride, groom, wedding party, vendors, and venue staff. You will help manage the flow of the day, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure every detail contributes to an outstanding experience. In addition, you will capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos throughout the event for social media and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist the wedding couple, wedding party, family members, and guests.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the bride and groom throughout the event.
- Help keep the wedding timeline on schedule and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Assist with ceremony and reception preparations and transitions.
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of the couple and wedding party.
- Assist with small tasks and problem-solving throughout the day.
- Capture photos and videos of wedding-day activities for social media content.
- Monitor event spaces to ensure they remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture quality photos and videos.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Previous hospitality, event, wedding, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
