Responsibilities
Picture yourself as a Concierge at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area to confidently recommend and sell activities
- Personally experience resort and vendor-offered activities to provide genuine recommendations
- Work independently and exercise sound judgment at a one-person desk
- Provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to guest requests
- Craft memorable “magic moments” that enhance each guest’s vacation
- Stay calm under pressure while multitasking and still making every guest feel they have your full attention
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, vendors, and fellow team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Familiarity with the Big Sky area is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Willingness and ability to learn resort-specific systems including RTP and SMS
- Passion for hospitality, curiosity for the region, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lift, push or pull at least 30 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet at least 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
