- Handle retail sales transactions with cash handling expertise, processing payments swiftly while maintaining accuracy.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas, following food safety standards.
- Manage food preparation tasks related to beverage service and light food items as needed.
- Support time management by prioritizing tasks during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient transaction processing.
