Registered Nurse - Per Diem

We are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, direct, and indirect patient care across rehabilitation and behavioral health units.

• Deliver personalized nursing care, perform head-to-toe assessments, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient clinical changes.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Perform general nursing duties in multiple departments, including Med/Surg/Tele units.
• Support bedside reporting using IMAP & SBAR in collaboration with patients.
• Assess and manage pain, educate patients and families on pain management techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of acute care experience
• Current NV nursing license
• Current BLS certification
