- Perform bedside reports using IMAP & SBAR in partnership with patients.
- Deliver direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate with specialists to ensure optimal care.
- Conduct head-to-toe assessments across pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations, reassessing as per policy.
- Assess and manage pain, educating patients and families on pain techniques.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians.
- Float to Med/Surg/Tele units as needed, performing general nursing duties under supervision.
- Minimum of two years of acute care experience.
- Current nursing license in the state of practice.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to different clinical settings with compassion and professionalism.
