Registered Nurse - Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care aligned with ANA standards, accurately documenting patient information, and communicating effectively with healthcare team members. The role requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on patient-centered care that considers cultural, emotional, and physical needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Montana or multi-state nursing license
• Current BLS certification and CEUs
• Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NRP are recommended and may be obtained post-hire
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications if needed

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is based on experience, with shift differentials for night and weekend shifts, and additional premiums for BSN and specific certifications. Support is available to secure permanent roles, all at no cost to the nurse.
