Seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an acute care role.
Responsibilities include: administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, overseeing patient recovery, assisting physicians, documenting care accurately, communicating patient status, and participating in on-call rotations.
Qualifications: graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, current CRNA license in Montana, Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) credential, minimum five years of CRNA experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and proficient communication skills.
Key duties: perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia plans, manage physiologic status during procedures, oversee post-anesthesia recovery, and educate patients and families.
Schedule & duties: primarily day shifts with a two-week cycle of clinical work followed by a week off, rotating on-call every other day and weekend, ensuring emergency coverage.
