- Make clinical decisions, escalate concerns appropriately, and support all areas of surgical services.
- Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
- Provide timely updates to physicians and document care accurately.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, lifting, and moving patients.
