- Investigating incidents and leading root cause analysis with corrective actions.
- Managing workers' compensation claims and coordinating return-to-work processes.
- Participating in emergency response planning and safety training development.
- Monitoring workplace hazards such as dust, air quality, noise, and ergonomics.
- Administering PPE programs and supervising Safety & Sanitation Technicians.
- Collaborating with HR and production teams on safety initiatives and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- 3-5 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation processes.
- Experience in supervision or team leadership preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation, recordkeeping, and working in environments with dust, noise, and moving equipment.
