Your Role as a Registered Nurse:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Assess residents’ conditions, monitor progress, and implement appropriate care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort
• Participate in care conferences, training, and quality improvement efforts

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado or compact state or LPN
• A compassionate, reliable team player
• Someone passionate about long-term care, rehabilitation, and improving resident outcomes
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to exceptional patient care
