Nursing Assistant Trainee Job Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification or willingness to complete the Nurse Aide Training Program

• CPR certification preferred

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Must be dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn

Nursing Assistant Trainee Job Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living

• Support the nursing team and provide compassionate resident care

• Follow state and federal guidelines

• Follow facility policies and procedures

The Next Class Begins October 5!

Lecture Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays
9:00 AM–12:00 PM

The six-week lecture portion of the program begins October 5 and runs through November 10.

Skills Training

October 8
9:00 AM–12:00 PM

Skills training will be held for participants from Rock Creek Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.

Additional skills training and required clinical requirements will be completed as part of the Nurse Aide Training Program.

Completion of the training program will prepare students to take the State Certification Test and pursue CNA certification.
