As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying manufacturers, distributors, and retailers who need logistics help, winning their business, and managing their shipping portfolios with surgical precision.
The Daily Hustle
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: High-volume outreach to build a pipeline from scratch. You aren't afraid of the cold call; you view it as an opportunity to win.
- Mastering the Phone: Navigating gatekeepers, identifying decision-makers, and delivering a pitch so compelling it turns a "not interested" into a discovery meeting.
- Consultative Selling: Diving deep into a prospect’s supply chain to identify pain points and presenting custom-tailored logistics solutions.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Balancing market data with your competitive instincts to provide quotes that win the business while protecting our margins.
- Account Ownership: Once you land a client, you own it. You will oversee the lifecycle of their shipments, ensuring the operations team executes to your high standards.

Qualifications
- Onsite Commitment: You thrive in a high-energy "bullpen" environment. You want to be where the action is, learning from the best and feeding off the energy of a live sales floor.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a short memory for "no." You understand that sales is a numbers game.
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (Logistics/3PL preferred but not required). We value "grit" and "will" over a long resume.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools and the ability to multitask between multiple screens and software platforms.
