- The Player-Coach: You will lead a team of Sales Reps, spending 60% of your time "in the trenches" shadowing calls, role-playing objections, and refining their pitch.
- Talent Development: You don’t just manage numbers; you manage people. You are responsible for identifying the "plateaus" in your reps' performance and architecting individual development plans to push them to the next level.
- Onboarding Excellence: You will own the training journey for new hires, ensuring they hit their "first load" milestones ahead of schedule.
2. Radical Accountability
- Metric-Driven Leadership: You will manage the daily hustle—calls, emails, discovery meetings, and quotes—ensuring that high activity translates into high margin.
