This is a highly collaborative role that balances planned project work with responsive, student-facing responsibilities. Days often involve a mix of meetings, staff support, problem-solving, and independent work. Flexibility, sound judgment, and a commitment to inclusive practice are essential to success.
Preferred Qualifications:
This position is primarily campus-based due to the nature of residential operations and student support. Some limited flexibility may be available depending on departmental needs and time of year, but regular on-campus presence is expected.

- Supervises professional and administrative staff on the leadership and office support teams. Provides comprehensive training, ongoing staff development and evaluation of staff
