University Advancement at Rochester Institute of Technology is adding a Sr. Project Manager to the Advancement Services and Administration team. This role supports initiatives that improve collaboration, streamline processes, and strengthen the way our teams deliver their work. The Sr. Project Manager will work with partners across the division to help coordinate projects, enhance communication, and ensure efforts are aligned with University Advancement's strategic direction.
The Sr. Project Manager provides leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives by developing project plans, guiding prioritization, and implementing project management methodologies and best practices. This role focuses on continuous improvement-identifying opportunities to streamline services, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and support data-informed decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders, technical partners, and leadership, the Sr. Project Manager helps drive change management efforts, improve transparency, and deliver programs that enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction across the division. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with a growth mindset and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, repeatable processes within a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
