Job Title: Window and Door Service Technician
Department: Operations/Installation
Position Overview
The Service Technician services windows, doors, awnings and patio enclosures for both retail and commercial customers, typically making 8-10 stops per day. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions
· Read and interpret work orders and ensure that all product and supplies are loaded correctly on vehicle each day
· Diagnose and repair issues with windows and doors, including faulty seals, damaged frames and broken locks
· Perform regular maintenance checks and service calls to ensure functionality and safety
· Replace or repair components such as hinges, handles, and weather stripping
· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
· Address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
· Maintain detailed records of service activities, including time spent, materials used, and work completed
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
