What You'll Do
- Lead residential replacement window installation projects from start to finish.
- Install vinyl, fiberglass, and composite replacement windows using industry best practices.
- Perform full-frame and insert window installations.
- Ensure all installations are weather-tight, level, plumb, and operate properly.
- Install and fabricate exterior aluminum trim, capping, and PVC trim.
- Complete interior trim work as needed.
- Follow manufacturer installation specifications and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.
- Train and mentor installation helpers and crew members.
- Inspect completed work to ensure Five Star quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional window installation experience.
- Previous experience leading a window installation crew preferred.
- Strong knowledge of replacement window installation techniques.
- Experience bending aluminum trim with a brake.
- Ability to perform finish carpentry and exterior trim work.
- Ability to read work orders and installation measurements accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
