Position Overview
This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial rental property
Essential Job Functions
· Daily operations at the property include landscaping, carpentry, painting, masonry repairs, drywall, painting
· Walk the grounds daily to check for yard cleanup
· Plumbing and light electrical repairs
· Performance of all routine and preventative maintenance of equipment
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Self-starter with a high attention to detail
· Working knowledge in maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, light electrical
· Initiative to identify and positively solve problems
· Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, vendors, and tenants
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task
Other Skills/Abilities
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools
· Ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed; particularly during winter months when needed for snow removal
· Ability to operate heavy machinery/equipment
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
