We are seeking an experienced Orchard Compliance Manager to lead all facets of regulatory and program compliance for our orchard operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all audits and inspections.
What you can expect:
• Lead and manage comprehensive orchard compliance programs, including but not limited to Worker Safety, Food Safety, L&I, and Organic programs, and all other auditable activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for all audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions (including H-2A).
• Oversee HR and Compliance elements for both H-2A workers and domestic orchard labor.
• Deliver safety training, support employee relations and policy enforcement.
• Travel regularly throughout Central Washington to visit rural orchard production areas.
• Collaborate as a proactive team player in our fast-paced settings.
Who we’re looking for:
• Required: Hands-on experience with SQF/GFSI and Safety standards and audits.
• Required: 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience, including direct supervision of subordinates.
• Required: Pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.
• Preferred: 4 years in agricultural compliance, H-2A, or related regulatory work — candidates with strong HR or Apple Production backgrounds are encouraged to apply; we are willing to train the right person on specifics.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a hands-on agricultural environment.
