Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and safely.
- Ensure all food is presented according to Rocco's Tacos standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Verify orders for accuracy and notify the kitchen immediately of any discrepancies.
- Assist servers by delivering beverages, condiments, and guest requests as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo lines, service stations, and dining areas.
- Assist with table maintenance and guest needs to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Food Runner experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to navigate a busy dining room while carrying multiple plates and trays.
