Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen and Front of House teams
- Ensure all food is prepared accurately and presented according to company standards
- Verify order accuracy before food leaves the kitchen
- Maintain ticket flow and assist in managing kitchen timing during service
- Support smooth and efficient operations during high-volume periods
- Uphold food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work evening and closing shifts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
