We’re looking for an experienced Lead Residential Electrical Remodel Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of residential remodel projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship, while guiding and mentoring apprentices along the way.

What makes you stand out?

• You have 5 years of residential electrical experience (remodel experience preferred)

• You’ve completed an electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent training (preferred)

• You own and are proficient with your basic hand and power tools

• You know electrical systems, NEC requirements, and safety standards inside and out

• You’re dependable, with reliable transportation to and from job sites

• You can pass a drug screen and background check

• You’re a mentor at heart; willing to guide apprentices and share your knowledge

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading and performing electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential remodel projects

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications with confidence

• Ensuring all work meets local and national electrical codes

• Communicating effectively with superintendents, homeowners, and other trades

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized worksite

• Training and mentoring apprentices while leading by example
