We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Lead Electrical Installer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a collaborative environment, and leads by example.

What makes you stand out?

• Minimum 3 years of residential electrical installation experience

• Proven ability to lead installations with precision, safety, and quality

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and best practices

• Capable of working indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions

• Comfortable working on ladders and lifting heavy loads (50 lbs )

• Proficient with equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented professional

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Electrical Installation & Service

• Install a variety of lighting fixtures including cans, chandeliers, and floodlights

• Implement dedicated circuits and execute panel replacements

• Work on home standby generators and perform breaker change-outs

• Upgrade risers and services, and relocate electrical panels

• Maintain quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Leadership & Team Support

• Serve as a lead installer, guiding and mentoring apprentices and junior electricians

• Maintain organized workspaces, tools, and vehicles for job readiness

• Partner with team members to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met

• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding job progress and needs

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

• Deliver outstanding service with a professional and respectful attitude

• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer satisfaction goals

• Proactively identify and resolve installation challenges to prevent delays
