Job Description

This position is responsible for managing all liquor bar activities supervises bar personnel. Responsible for liquor, wine beer inventory control integrity. Will ensure proper liquor cash controls policies are being adhered to in accordance with written stards. Assists in coordinating, planning, organizing, training leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service satisfaction, cleanliness sanitation for general operation of at all outlets within community including all banquet, wedding catering activities. Performs other job duties as assigned.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure appropriate control over the liquid assets is maintained ensure that all sales are properly rung up promptly. Performs weekly inventory of all beer, wine & liquor in all locations. Match usage to sales numbers determine accurate pour cost for each category

• maintaining set pour cost percentages.
Planning, ordering stocking bar products by working with beer, wine
• spirit purveyors. Place orders, maintaining certain stock levels. Manage, train, schedule bar staff.
Service to members guests including: greeting guests, taking beverage orders, preparing drinks, suggesting ordering appetizers that are to be served at the bar. Complete the monetary transaction through cash or credit card h
• ling. May be responsible for closing out duties at end of shift.
Develop new drink specials; design maintain a popular wine menu, plan promotions. Educate train front house staff in bar knowledge which includes ensuring a clean workstation (counter tops, glasses, bottles, tables, coolers floors clean organized). Ensure stock is rotated as needed garnishes are prepared

Requirements

• Previous experience as Bartender
Bar Management Experience including inventory
• ordering
Basic
• Manager Training with Alcohol Service
• Health Department Certification
• Min age 19 to meet Arizona Liquor Law
• Strong Excel Experience, including POS System
