Job Description
This position is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of Construction Customer Service departments for the residential construction division. Will manage all superintendents, customer service construction personnel as well as office staff to ensure quality homes are built during production, delivered to the Homeowners at the Buyer Orientation to the stards set for Robson Communities. Ensures all warranty non-warranty work is performed as required within the established guidelines & perimeters after homeowner occupies the home. Will control losses expenses to remain within budgets maximize profit. Maintain good relationships with the Sales staff, Development Department, Customers Contractors. Travel to other Robson communities as needed. Performs other job duties as assigned.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pricing Non-St- ard Options. Works with Design & Trades on pricing Correspondence. Change Order’s. Administration: Releases , Reports. Review Eliant Reports. E-Team Meetings. Even Flow
- Work in Progress schedules. Sales, Design & Corporate Questions. Managing trades / crews, Production Flow, Employees, staffing & meetings. Includes hling of employee relations matters, discipline, evaluations,
- pay rate changes. Time in field walking homes, PM Punches, insuring quality, Customer Care issues
- Customer Concerns.
Requirements
- Prior construction manager experience or 5 years of General Superintendent experience. Well rounded knowledge of construction
- building codes.
- Valid Drivers License
