Job Description:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing in medical devices or healthcare
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively engaging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Location flexibility: Santa Rosa, CA or Minneapolis, MN.
