- Hands-on experience with Wiz and Tanium or similar cloud security/compliance analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) concepts
- Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting (custom dashboards, scheduled reports)
- Demonstrated project management skills for compliance/security initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security controls
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CIS Benchmarks)
- Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights
- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
