Position Overview
The Senior Sewer & Drain Technician is responsible for advanced diagnostics, hydro jetting, and customer solutions. You’ll also serve as a mentor to trainees and help refine our drain division standards and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Handle complex drain and sewer diagnostics
- Perform hydro jetting and advanced camera inspections
- Recommend solutions and pricing options
- Train and mentor entry‑level and mid‑level technicians
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and service leadership
- Track equipment needs and ensure proper maintenance
- Maintain detailed job documentation
- Deliver consistent 5‑star customer interactions

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of sewer and drain experience preferred
- PL02 license preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and safety‑focused
- A problem-solver who communicates well and treats customers with respect.
- Someone who works well independently but also enjoys being part of a supportive team.
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude with strong leadership and training ability
- A Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in small spaces
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software
Our office hours are 7:30am-7:30pm and technician schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.
