Robison Plumbing Service has proudly served Kitsap County and surrounding areas for over 40 ears as a trusted family-owned residential service plumbing company. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Bremerton office.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team-focused workplace where employees are valued and supported.
Candidates will be placed at a CSR Level 1 or Level 2 based on experience, skills, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Gather customer information and book service appointments
- Communicate clearly about arrival windows and next steps
- Enter accurate job details into our system (Service Titan)
- Return missed calls and provide timely customer updates
- Support teammates to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
Level 2 CSR responsibilities may also include:
- Consistently convert calls at a high booking rate
- Confidently handle objections related to pricing or scheduling
- Manage escalated or complex customer situations
- Support and mentor CSR1 team members
- Review jobs for accuracy before dispatch
- Help improve office processes and customer communication
- Assist in refining workflows, call scripts, and booking processes
- Share ideas and help implement new tools, systems, or procedures

Level 2 CSR candidates typically have:
- Proven CSR or call center experience
- Strong sales and objection‑handling skills
- Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure
- Home service or plumbing industry experience preferred
- Service Titan experience preferred
