As a Licensed Residential Service Plumber, you’ll be the friendly face our customers welcome into their homes. Every day brings something new — from repairing leaks and unclogging drains to installing fixtures and finding solutions that make life easier for our neighbors. You’ll work independently in the field while always knowing our office staff and fellow plumbers have your back.
What You’ll Do:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Diagnose issues, prepare estimates and explain solutions in a way customers can understand.
- Provide honest, professional service with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Keep your company vehicle and tools organized and in great condition.
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Ensure work is done safely and up to code.
What We’re Looking For:
- Washington State Residential Plumber License (PL01 or PL02 required).
- Experience in residential service plumbing (2 years preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Washington plumbing codes, safety practices and plumbing tools.
- Previous experience using Service Titan preferred.
- A problem-solver who communicates well and treats customers with respect.
- Someone who works well independently but also enjoys being part of a supportive team.
- A Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)

Our office hours are 7:30am-7:30pm and technician schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.
