Install Coordinator - Residential Plumbing

Robison Plumbing Service is looking for an organized, customer-focused Installation Coordinator to support our growing residential service plumbing installation team. This key position ensures that every job runs smoothly—from planning, scheduling and materials coordination to communication between our field teams, customers, and vendors.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily installation schedules and communicate updates with customers, installers, and supervisors.
• Ensure all job files, permits, and inspections are completed and ready prior to installation.
• Verify materials and equipment are ordered, received, and staged for upcoming projects.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers throughout the job process to confirm scheduling and follow up after completion.
• Work closely with the service and warehouse teams to coordinate purchasing, returns, and inventory.
• Track job progress and maintain organized records in our scheduling system.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or scheduling (construction or trades experience preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
