As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Drain Service Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
The Drain Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, cleaning, and repairing residential drain and sewer lines. This role requires strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains and sewer lines using augers, hydro-jetting equipment, and other tools.
- Inspect drain lines with camera equipment and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Educate customers on their options and offer solutions that fit their needs and budget.
- Prepare estimates, inform customers of terms and conditions, complete documentation, write summaries and reports, and collect payments.
- Perform preventative maintenance services to help customers avoid future issues.
- Maintain company equipment and keep service vehicle clean and organized.
- Attend team meetings
- Utilize strong customers service skills to communicate and maintain relationships with customers and teammates.
- Maintain truck inventory, cleanliness and organization
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous residential drain cleaning/service experience preferred
- Current Washington State Plumber Trainee card or Residential license a plus.
- Previous Service Titan experience preferred
- Valid WA State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift 80 lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.

Our office hours are 7:30am-7:30pm. Our plumber schedules vary based on workload. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and may exceed 40 hours per week during busier times of the year.
