Duties
- Safely operate school buses, shuttle vehicles, or other transportation modes to transport students along designated routes
- Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Assist students with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing support as needed for those requiring special accommodations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transit
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Good MVR
- Be willing to submit to a background and drug screen
Pay and Benefits
- Pay will be $42 to $52 per route with at least 2 available per day, and your choice whether to accept trips at $22 per hour.
