What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter position at Robinson's Construction LLC?
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated highly skilled carpenter. The job requires a skilled general knowledge of carpentry and the work they perform must be of the highest quality, need to be mindful of budgets and timelines while understanding and communications with supervisors and company owner in order to properly coordinate timely job completions and on budget. As a lead an osha 10 is a requirement. As well as drivers license preferably owning a work truck in order to carry personal hand tools and some times company provided equipment for smaller jobs.
Responsibilities
Leads will ensure other employees are accurately timing in and out being efficient in tasks given and able to use helpers appropriately to complete quality carpentry work, and the carpentry work tasked and the quality of the work delivered to the customer.
Qualifications
Drivers license , OSHA 10, personal hand tools etc, task finishing abilities efficiency in general carpentry knowledge.
