Overview
We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Lead
Duties
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and restoration efforts.
- Interpret and implement detailed construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution.
- Supervise and assist with rebar installation, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and drywall work to meet project specifications.
- Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on-site.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards while managing project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other hand tools to verify accuracy of framing, metal stud framing, and other structural components.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials such as metal siding, stucco, roofing materials, and other building components.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, plastering, framing carpentry (including woodworking), and trim carpentry.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints; proficiency in reading construction plans is essential.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including cranes, forklifts, or excavators is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously while maintaining safety standards and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols along with the ability to train team members on proper procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on precision measurements using tape measures and other tools for dimensional accuracy.
