We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our construction team. Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools for framing, roofing, and woodworking tasks
- Assist with remodeling and restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as framing, woodwork, and drywall installation
- Support heavy lifting activities and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License and ability to drive to scheduled worksite.
- Ability to climb ladders and work on scaffolding, 1 - 3 stories in height for residential building construction
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic math skills for accurate measurements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions precisely in fast-paced environments
